Commission Process

I will begin working on your commission only when I have been paid 100% upfront.The commission will be finished by the estimated delivery time frame unless other factors come into play, such as health, complexity of the commissioned piece, and real life obligations.You will be contacted immediately if there are any delays.-----------Revisions1. There will be three stages to the commission - the sketching stage, the inking stage, and the colouring stage.2. I will send you an update screenshot at each stage.3. You will get 1 sketch revision (at the sketching stage) and 1 colour revision (at the colouring stage).-----------DeliveryOnce the piece is finished you will recieve the full-resolution image (png). Note that there is no physical product.

Cancellation & Refund policy1. NO refunds once I start working on a commission.Please think carefully before commissioning!2. If you cancel your order before I start the sketching stage, you can get a full refund.-----------Copyright & Usage1. I, "wenxuan/relaxtimestwo"(the artist):- reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.- retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.- will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork (your characters are still yours, etc.)- will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.- reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online unless you specifically ask me not to.2. You (the customer/commissioner):- may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.- may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, making prints for selling, etc.)- may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.- retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).- may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.- may NOT be used for NFTs and NFT related projects.- may NOT be used for AI training/development and AI related projects.
